Chatham Sound area, in which we will include Dundas Island, Portland Inlet, the Nass River, Prince Rupert and Skeena River area, is located in British Columbias
North by Northwest Region.
Fishing Prince Rupert Chatham Sound
This area, which is accessible mainly by float plane or boat, offers the
sportsman exceptional fishing for Chinook, Coho, Pink and Chum salmon
as well as Halibut, Yellow Eye Rockfish and Lingcod.

are present year-round. The peak of the Tyee Chinook run occurs
during late June to mid-July.
