This route, 56 km (35 mi) from Quesnel is over good gravel road suitable for all conventional vehicles. Size 761.20 ha. (1,880.16 ac.) Shoal 185.55 ha. (458.31 ac.) Mean Depth 7.7 m.(25.26 ft.) Max. Ice Over November to May T.D.S. 65 mg/L Resorts & Campsites: The Forest Service Campsite on the north side of the lake is a large treed site with a gravelled beach and boat launch. Fishing Report: Flies, spinning tackle or trolls are preferred to catch these wild stock rainbow that can reach from 10 - 15 inches. Best fishing is from early May to the end of July. Shoreline: The shoreline is studded with some rocky outcrops, but is predominantly covered with sandy gravel soil. Nearby Lakes None.
