the river runs through. No slow-down in catching in the summer due
to the snowcap melt at 4200 feet. In a setting more beautiful than
words can describe catch fish till your arms drop off in an environment
yet untouched by civilization, a place uninhabited except by wild
animals and the occasional angler ....

at Crazy Bear Lake Lodge. All sourrounding waters are all connected
by a stream, the headwaters of the famous Atnarko River. The stream,
connecting all six, offers plenty of excellent angling opportunities.
For the hiker and fishermen, opportunities for the even more adventurous
are available with superior fly fishing in nearby stillwaters within
a 3 mi hike.
Our
wild rainbow trout are rated one of the top five sport fish in North
America
