Saddle Up Pardner!
For our annual cattle drive, through the Kamloops High Country of
BC's Thompson Okanagan Region!
Whether you’ve had the inclination to be a cowboy or not, consider this: wakin’ up as the sun rises, to the smell of coffee perking, bacon sizzling and horses softly neighing. What a way to start the day in your new life for a week, transforming from ‘city slicker’ to ride as one of the cowboys. If you’re already a ‘seasoned cowboy’ or never been near one of God’s greatest creations, ‘the horse’, come on and ‘COWBOY UP’ with us on our 14th annual Cattle Drive in the south central interior of British Columbia, Canada. We are a non-profit society, in the Thompson Okanagan region, sponsoring a scholarship fund and perpetuating our Western Heritage.

Starting from our staging area, we’ll ride horseback over some of the world’s finest rangeland. You’ll be cowboy’d up next to real cowboys and cowgirls and new found friends from all over the world, accomplishing a common goal of being cowboys. After a relaxing day of ‘moseyin’ down the trail on the back of a smooth-walkin’ horse, enjoy a hearty, chuck wagon cooked dinner, then enjoy some good ol’ country music, two-steppin’ through the sage brush, or sit around a campfire (weather permitting) singin’ along or swappin’ tales of the days ride with your fellow drovers.

On the cattle drive all your meals are provided, with something different and delicious every day! Wake up to a wonderful breakfast spread every day: bacon, eggs, toast, sausages, fruit juices, oatmeal. Lunches are provided on the trail every lunch hour, and at night enjoy menus from down-home country stews to roast beef, and chicken and all the extra side dishes: fresh vegetables, potatoes, and buns. Just imagine how a cowboy eats!?

We’d be honoured to have you join us for the week, sharin’ with you the breathtaking scenery and western hospitality we’ve become famous for in British Columbia! Our mandate is to provide you with a memorable and educational vacation that you’ll be proud to have been a part of.

See ya all in July!!
