Powell River Sea Kayak has two prime waterfront locations. One is
at the historic Lund Hotel, where kayakers launch for trips
to the sandy beaches of Savary Island or the ragged beauty
of the Copeland Islands Marine Park. The other location is
at Penrose Bay, Okeover Inlet. Not only is this the closest
lanchsite for Desolation Sound Marine Park, but this site
was once home to the “Cougar Lady” and still boasts
the old cabin and outbuildings.
